How do I return my order?

Please get in touch with our customer support within 30-day of the product delivery date, and we will look into this for you.

We ask that the product(s) be kept in reasonable condition, and if possible, returned in the original packaging.

The return and refund policy only applies to the products sold on Nothing official website.

 

If your purchase includes a free gift, it must be returned along with the phone.
